Des has been involved in the Financial Services Industry for over 30 years both in senior management positions within the life insurance Industry and as CEO of his financial planning practice Endeavour Select Services Ltd.

Des is based on the Kapiti Coast and lives with his lovely wife of 40 years Carolyn and German Shepherd Kruse on a lifestyle block just north of the Paraparaumu township.
Des has two grown up children who have flown the nest and pursuing their own dreams and Lifestyle.

Des offers a one hour free consultation to review your existing insurances and to discuss with you what you want to achieve. He will then provide you with a written report with his recommendations for you to consider.
How is Des Remunerated
Normally there is no charge to you as Des is paid a commission from the insurer you select for placing the business. For Business Insurance there is an option to elect to pay Des a Consultancy fee and have the commission rebated to you the client.
